[TRANS] 090821 The Members Of TVXQ "Feel Distressed Because Of This Lawsuit"   TVXQ's YoungWoong Jaejoong, Xiah Junsu and Micky Yoochun have stated they are "Upset and distressed because of this trial." Sejong, who is representing TVXQ, stated to the media after the first hearing finished at 11:40 am, "The three members are feeling upset and distressed," and "We hope this lawsuit ends well." The two sides of the three members and SM Entertainment stated their views on the 21st at 10:20 am, when the hearing began. The three members' side asked for the suspension of their exclusive contract and said there were problems when it came to their income division. SM Entertainment's side stated that they had already fixed the contract five times and that there were no problems with the income division. The hearing ended after only an hour and 20 minutes.
